EXHIBITION RULES

• Taking photos and videos is only allowed using a mobile phone (no professional equipment).

• No strollers allowed on weekends – please use your own baby carrier.

• It is forbidden to bring in coats, jackets, raincoats, umbrellas, handbags, or backpacks – a free cloakroom is available.

• No bags or large luggage – a free cloakroom is available.

• No eating or drinking inside.

• Do not touch the exhibits, stands, or display cases.

• No phone calls or loud behavior allowed.

• No entry with weapons, sharp objects, or glass containers.

• No entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• No smoking.

• No animals allowed.

• Ticket forgery is a criminal offense.

• After the ticket has been scanned or torn, it cannot be reused or refunded.

• Visitors may be subject to a security check upon entry.

• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Senior discount – valid from the day of the 65th birthday.

• Student discount – valid with a valid student ID up to 26 years of age.

• Disabled persons (ZTP/P) must present a valid ID to claim a discount.
  Each ZTP/P visitor is entitled to one free companion ticket.

• The exhibition is accessible and suitable for wheelchair users.

• For safety reasons, the number of wheelchairs may be limited.

• Keep your ticket in a safe place.

• Each ticket is equipped with a barcode and control stub, which will be scanned or torn off by staff upon entry.

• In case of damage, destruction, loss, or theft, the ticket will not be replaced and no compensation will be provided.

• The organizer is not responsible for any problems or damages caused by unauthorized copying of this ticket.

• In case of event cancellation, refund claims must be made at the place of purchase.

• Additional expenses (e.g., accommodation, travel costs) will not be reimbursed.

• The ticket holder consents that photographs, films, or video recordings taken at the exhibition featuring their image may be used by the organizer without financial compensation.

• Paid admission fees and service charges are non-refundable, and tickets cannot be exchanged!
